The two brands from Oregon drop a collection that will bring the perfect color match to a fresh new set-up
Bend / Amsterdam – 08/11/23 – The Portland – Bend connection is strong in Oregon, with Robert Axel Project and Chris King collaborating to deliver the perfect alliance of color, precision, and performance in the shape of these new axles.
Few things stand out more in a perfectly organized custom build than the beauty of anodized parts, and with this in mind, these two Oregonian powerhouses have created a color proposal: 3D Violet, Matte Turquoise, and Black in its first run. They will expand the palette in the future.
These three colors (3D Violet, Matte Turquoise, and Black) are available in 10 sizes for drop bikes (142×12 and 100×12) as well as boost and super-boost mountain bikes with more sizes coming. We’re about making the best products possible in a responsible way and collaborating with people who feel the same. Robert Axle Project is an Oregon company, and these are high-quality axles customized with end caps that match our iconic stem cap shape. Not only do they look good, but they’re also of exceptional quality and stiffness compared to other options available.Greg Hudson, Chris King’s Sales Manager
Hudson also stated, “This is part of our effort to become the upgrade of choice for the mass market, available-at-retail bikes too.” Continuing, “Many riders associate us with the handmade market, which we absolutely love, but our mission is to improve the ride of every bike our components grace. Our objective has always been to help bikes of all types last longer and ride better, which is also Robert Axle Project’s goal”.
It’s an honor to partner with a legendary company like Chris King again. Being the final touch on so many amazing bikes is a real treat and we can’t wait for customers to share their builds with us.Erik Fenner, Robert Axle Project’s Marketing Director
