Staying true to its perennial collection instinct, for this year's spring and summer collection, Velocio is refreshing the Concept jerseys with its classic Special Editions (SE), bringing the Utility Bib Short in their elegant Navy, the Concept Merino Jersey will add an extra color to the collection, and the same goes for the Signature line.
This collection is defined by the brand's ethos and the type of riding customers seek most often: long days on the saddle that can go from summer road rides in the Alps to ultra-distance races or simply roll out for regular mid-week rides.
Every fabric is selected based on performance: lightweight and breathable, durable and abrasion resistant, created with natural fibers, stretch wovens, mesh, and more - all strategically and thoughtfully integrated to provide the best-in-class performance expected. Trims can make a difference in how any rider interacts with apparel, and Velocio has considered every one of them.
The subtle looks, the natural materials, details, and effort put into the product finishing make the collection a perfect match for riders looking for a refined and subtle look - away from big logos and loud kit, but requiring the fit and performance of top-end race-inspired gear.
Sustainability is at the core of Velocio. The designers work with their suppliers and mills to push on what’s possible to improve the product - reducing its impact on the environment and extending durability and lifespan as long as possible. Utilizing recycled fabrics, C0 eco DWR treatment, natural (and ethically sourced) fibers, compostable packaging, and the most durable and resistant fabrics they could find.
Velocio was founded in 2014 with the launching of a women’s collection. Since then, its approach has been driven by three pillars: creating better garments, committing to a higher standard, and creating community.
