They have added an additional bend to overlap the corners and make a cleaner laser weld that is perfectly flawless! The additional bend stiffens the basket as well. While changes like these seem subtle, they show Old Man Mountain's commitment to constantly improving. It takes a lot to make a change like this. New tooling, new prototypes to approve, and lots of hours spent making it happen.

"We could have just made the same design as the first batch but we found a way to improve and we're not people that can let a good idea go," said Erik Fenner from Old Man Mountain.
