Remco Tools Goes Higher and Lower With $1,500 Hi-lo Electric Bike Lift

New lift offers a 110-pound capacity and nearly four feet of height adjustment, with mounting hardware for existing shop clamps and base plates.

PORTLAND, Oregon, October 1, 2026 — Remco Tools is opening U.S. pre-orders for the Hi-lo Bike Lift, an electric repair lift designed to give mechanics more working range while keeping the workshop equipment they already rely on. Priced at $1,500 including shipping, the Hi-lo lifts up to 110 pounds and adjusts from 23.75 to 71 inches.

The Hi-lo builds on Remco’s original Bike Lift with a wider height range for shops servicing everything from road bikes to heavier e-bikes and certain cargo bikes. Its lower starting position mitigates the need for mechanics to raise a bike to secure it, while its extended reach brings the bikes up as high as needed.

For shops considering the move to electric lifting or replace their existing electric setup, the column is designed to work with compatible clamps from Park Tool, Feedback Sports and Efficient Velo Tools (EVT), as well as compatible existing base plates. Mounting hardware is included, allowing shops to retain familiar equipment as they upgrade.

“Mechanics have strong preferences about their clamps, and shops have real money invested in their workstations,” said Mathias Ellegiers, co-founder of Remco Tools. “The idea behind the Hi-lo is straightforward: keep what works, add powered lifting, and give mechanics more room to position the bike where they need it. At $1,500 including shipping, we want to make that upgrade a practical option for more shops.”

Key specifications:

  • Lifting capacity: 110 pounds.
  • Height range: 23.75–71 inches, providing 47.25 inches of vertical adjustment.
  • Integrated charging: Built-in USB rapid-charging ports for compatible electronic shifting systems, lights, cycling computers and tablets.
  • Control: Dedicated remote included.
  • Price: $1,500 including shipping.

U.S. pre-orders open October 1, 2026, with production units scheduled to ship in January 2027.
